The recipe step by step

  1. 1

Mix the soft butter, brown sugar and white sugar until you obtain a creamy texture.

  2. 2

Add the egg and natural vanilla extract, then mix until combined.

  3. 3

In another container, mix the SGFS Mix, baking powder and salt.

  4. 4

Add the powders to the butter/egg mixture. Mix just enough to obtain a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Add the chocolate chips.

  6. 6

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

  7. 7

Form balls of 35 to 40 g and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, spacing them apart.

  8. 8

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  9. 9

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes. The edges should start to brown and the center should remain slightly tender.

Let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before moving the cookies.

For soft cookies

Cook for around 10 minutes and leave the center still slightly tender when it comes out of the oven.
