A versatile gluten-free mix, with just 5 ingredients.
Designed to serve as a basis for several preparations, the Food Solutions Gluten-Free Universal Mix combines a short formulation, certified ORGANIC, without corn or legumes, and French manufacturing.

The communicated composition includes ORGANIC potato starch, ORGANIC white rice flour, ORGANIC tapioca starch, ORGANIC whole grain rice flour and ORGANIC psyllium. The proportions and manufacturing process are not published.

The formulation does not contain corn.

Uses
A common basis for several gluten-free recipes.
The Universal Mix is developed for different preparations. The sheets will be published only after validation of the dosages and protocols.
Gluten-free bread
There gluten free bread recipe is now published: 172 g of Mix SGFS, 163 g of water at 28°C and cooking on stone with steam.
Gluten-free pizza
A dedicated pizza dough is currently being developed and validated.
Gluten-free burger bun
A recipe dedicated to gluten-free burger bread is currently being developed and validated.
Gluten-free panuozzo
A base suitable for a meal and snack format.
Gluten-free pastry
The recipes of gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes, of gluten-free sponge cake and of gluten-free yogurt cake are now published. The yogurt cake uses 3 jars of Mix SGFS.
Depending on the recipe, allow approximately 2 hours for the complete preparation, with preparation times, possible rest or proofing and cooking times which vary depending on the desired result.

The 500 g sachet is not yet marketed to the general public. Of the paid samples can be offered on request. General marketing is announced for end of 2026 / beginning of 2027.

Not yet on general sale. Paid samples can be requested ahead of the planned launch in late 2026/early 2027.
