With the 1 egg recipe, a mold of around 10 cm would give approximately 3.5 to 4 cm thickness after baking. With the same quantity of dough: approximately 2.5 to 3 cm in 12 cm and 1.8 to 2.2 cm in 14 cm. These dimensions are practical estimates.
